1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and order contents.
• Payment information: processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We receive only the card brand, last four digits and authorization result. We never store full card numbers or security codes.
• Communications: messages you send through our contact form, email or phone, and your newsletter subscription status.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected to keep the store secure and improve it.
• Locally stored data: your cart, wishlist and most recent order summary are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, so they are still there when you return.

3. How we use it

• To process, pack, ship and support your order.
• To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and safety reports.
• To send newsletters and offers, only when you have opted in.
• To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the store.

8. Retention and security

Order records are retained for seven years for tax purposes and five years for product safety traceability, then deleted. Data is transmitted over TLS encryption, and access is limited to the small number of staff who need it.
