Shipping & Delivery

Processing time

Orders placed before 1pm CT on a business day are packed the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on US public holidays are packed the next business day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

US delivery options and rates

• Standard (5–7 business days) — $9, free on orders over $150.
• Expedited (2–3 business days) — $12.
• Overnight (next business day, order by 1pm CT) — $28.

International delivery

We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia. International delivery is a flat $28 and typically arrives in 7–14 business days. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country, are not included at checkout, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking your parcel

Use the order number in your confirmation email on our order tracking page, or sign in to your account. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

Delays, damage and lost parcels

• Weather, customs and peak-season volume can add a few days to any estimate.
• If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email infos@powerbridgehardware.com and we will open a carrier trace.
• Report visibly damaged parcels within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can replace the item quickly.
• We are not responsible for parcels marked delivered to an address you supplied incorrectly — please check your address before completing checkout.

Address changes

We can change a delivery address only before the parcel ships. Contact us at +1 731-236-4608 as soon as possible.
