Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description is incorrect, or we suspect fraud; in that case we refund any amount charged in full.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Payment is taken at the time your order is placed.
• We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before charging any difference.

Products, colour and fit

We photograph garments carefully, but screens vary and natural fibres differ slightly batch to batch. Measurements on each product page are the best guide to fit. Swimwear and resort fabrics may relax slightly when wet.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the store for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not resell our products as new without written permission.

Intellectual property

All designs, product photography, text and the PowerBridge Hardware name are owned by PowerBridge Hardware LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerBridge Hardware LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and the courts of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
