1. Agreement

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from us. We ship to US addresses only and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected resale, fraud or address abuse.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We describe every product, including its age rating, materials and safety notes, as accurately as we can. Product photography is representative; natural wood grain, plush pile and hand-painted finishes vary slightly between units. Stock counts update as orders are placed; if an item sells out between your order and packing, we notify you and refund that line in full.

4. Pricing, tax and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors before shipping and will contact you before charging a different amount.
• Payment is authorized at checkout and captured when your order ships. We accept major credit and debit cards through a PCI-DSS compliant processor.
• If your payment is declined or reversed we may cancel the order and suspend the account.

5. Discount codes and promotions

• One code per order; codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
• Percentage codes apply to product subtotal only, not shipping or tax.
• Codes have no cash value and may be withdrawn or expire at any time.
• Free-shipping thresholds are assessed after any discount is applied.

6. Safety, supervision and intended use

Toys must be used only by children within the stated age range and always with adult supervision. You are responsible for reading the age rating and safety notes on each product page before use, inspecting toys before each use, and discarding damaged items. 7. Warranty

We warrant that products are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery under normal domestic use. Normal wear, chew marks, fading, washing damage and misuse are not covered. Our remedy is, at our option, replacement, repair or refund. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable state or federal law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerBridge Hardware LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Intellectual property

All site content, including product photography, copy, layout and the PowerBridge Hardware name and logo, belongs to PowerBridge Hardware LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, submit false orders, or post unlawful content through our forms. We may block access for any of these.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly — the great majority of issues are settled with a phone call to +1 (731) 236-4608.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. See also our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of this agreement.
